Welcome! I'm Rachel. I'm a PMA- certified Pilates teacher, a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a professional plant-based (vegan) cook. My purpose as a cook, health coach and Pilates teacher is to encourage and guide women towards greater health and happiness, helping to make their personal journey easy and full of enjoyable discoveries along the way. ...women with chronic conditions, including breast cancer, that want safe and gentle therapeutic Pilates exercise to help strengthen their body and increase their range of motion. 

...women who bear the signs of carrying their baby for 9 months and want to feel better about their bodies and health from the inside out.

...women who need help with self care and nutrition during their pregnancy but are confused by all the advice out there.

...women who are growing wiser and are ready to offload the burden of a lifelong poor body image but don't know how and want to feel safe and supported in the process.
